Client Perspective

As part of taking a proactive approach to security while campaigning for the state legislature, I consulted with RE Mason from CompreSec about residential and personal security planning. Her approach is grounded, balanced, and practical. She helped me think clearly about real risks without escalating fear, and I feel more confident in understanding security considerations for public officials. This kind of guidance is essential so that good people can continue to step up and run for public office while understanding and minimizing their risk. I’m grateful for her work and highly recommend her offerings.

Training & Workshops

CompreSec designs and delivers customized training for leaders and organizations operating in public-facing or high-risk environments. Sessions emphasize early warning, layered protection, and practical decision-making under uncertainty.

Training topics may include:

  • Threat assessment and early-warning indicators
  • Layered security strategies (4DR: Deter, Detect, Delay, Deny, Respond)
  • Online-to-offline risk dynamics
  • Personal and organizational protective practices
  • Ethical, proportionate response in polarized environments

Trainings may be delivered in-person or virtually and are adapted to audience, role, and operational constraints.

RE Mason offers a grounded, intelligent approach to security literacy. As a former law enforcement professional, I appreciated her emphasis on early awareness, proportional response, and the human dynamics behind conflict.
